As an employee, you generally have a clear role for your position, where you wear one hat. You might be a marketing manager, a human resource professional, a photographer or an accountant. But your role in the organization is usually clearly defined and consistent.

Entrepreneurship is completely different. When you start your business, you may have to be the marketing manager, human resource professional, the photographer, and accountant all while trying to be a CEO for your new company.
